Strawberry Flan
July 23, 2009It was Jenny, Caroline, Ben and myself for dinner the other night and this is what I created with some fresh strawberries.
Strawberry Flan
It’s a strawberry flan with a shortbread bread base. This is was filled with a layer of delicious custard and topped with a layer of seasonal fruit. In this case it was strawberries, but it can be anything that’s fresh and seasonal such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or fresh peach slices.
